Starting from the northernmost part of Greece, we wanted to prove that gastronomy has no borders. This was the beginning of a series of new gastronomic experiences, crafted with a unique concept and design every time. TU events started organising gourmet dinners with famous and up-coming chefs, paired with wines, offering a brand new experience at each dinner.

On December 9th, Touratzis Umami returns to tasteful events, always with something different, unique and delicious. Our topic this time is Street Food. This is the theme we chose for the event. On this theme, we developed our own ideas and combinations, with TU’s most gastronomic look. The source of inspiration for dishes comes from a multinational mix of countries like: Mexico, Japan, Greece, East, USA and France.
Together with the brand “Pic Nic Salads”, we reform the classic souvlaki pita, we “tease” the burger, we make a new “passport” to Taco, deconstruct the hot dog and cook the “gozleme” Umami! The delicious set takes off with the wines of the Gofas estate, directly from the homeland of Agiorgitiko vines!
