Starting from the northernmost part of Greece, we wanted to prove that gastronomy has no borders. This was the beginning of a series of new gastronomic experiences, crafted with a unique concept and design every time. TU events started organising gourmet dinners with famous and up-coming chefs, paired with wines, offering a brand new experience at each dinner.

The typicality of Florina, and more specifically of Amyndeon, brings us thoughts of the popular Florina peppers and the famous Xinomavro super star grapes. As such, “Peppers & Grapes” by two masters of their kind!

Nikos Kontosoros takes care of his culinary kingdom, while Ktima Kir-Yanni will take care of the wines, crafting a gastronomic experience that travels from Amynteo to Thrace for a TU gastronomy night. The local cuisine will be combined with the wines of the same region, creating a ‘terroir pairing’ under the typicity of Florina!
